Returns & Exchanges Policy
Just as our Quick Release spring bars allow for swift changes, our returns process is designed for efficiency and clarity. We aim to resolve any issue with the precision we apply to crafting our Sailcloth and Rubber Dive straps.

Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (like OctoPod tools or spring bars) must be included.
- A proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items & Situations
To maintain our high standards of quality, hygiene, and customization, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or Customized Straps: Any strap altered from its standard configuration at your request.
- Opened or Used “Accessories”: Individual accessory items (like separate spring bars from the OctoPod System) that have been opened from their original packaging.
- Final Sale Items: Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
- Damaged Due to Misuse: Products damaged due to improper use, modification, or wear and tear.
Analysis Note: This policy reflects our focus on precision engineering and high-performance materials. Personalized items and opened small accessories are exempt to ensure quality and hygiene standards for all customers.
The Return & Exchange Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Your RMA & Instructions
We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items without an RMA.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all components, and affix the RMA number visibly on the outside. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable and insured service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
